New Lodge, looks out over the right to beautiful Hallin Fell.  You can kayak over to Howtown to being the walk or take the scenic road around the lake to Howtown or Martindale.

Starting at St Martin’s Church, this hike climbs Beda Fell ridge, loops through Boredale and Bannerdale valleys.  A stunning walk often with deer sightings and views of The Nab and Place Fell.
