New Lodge has a fully equipped kitchen and an extra fridge and freezer space downstairs as well as a large wine fridge.
The house is designed to make the most of all weather. When the sun’s out, you’ve got three outdoor dining areas to choose from—the first-floor balcony with elevated views, the garden patio surrounded by greenery, or the shoreline picnic benches just steps from the water.
The Weber mobile BBQ lets you cook wherever the mood takes you.
Highchairs are available in the garage.

The open plan living and kitchen space is spacious and cozy. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning views over Lake Ullswater—even from the sink and the cooker. A log-burning stove adds warmth, while the seamless layout makes it ideal for laid-back family time, watching TV or entertaining.
Upstairs the TV room offers a cozy retreat with a small library and a stash of board games.
Downstairs, the garage features a ping pong table, while the porch holds a box of outdoor games for garden fun.
Each set of stairs has stair gates, to protect those young explorers.

The master bedroom on the top floor features its own ensuite with both a bath and shower, offering privacy and comfort.
On the first floor, the remaining bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, plus there’s a convenient shower and wet room downstairs—ideal for rinsing off after a day on the lake or trails.
